Yoga in the Park
The Nest Collaborative will be offering Yoga in the Park on Saturdays at 9:00 a.m., from May to September, at the West Reading Playground. Gather by the playground with your yoga mat, water, and a friend, rain or shine!
Zumba at the Park
Valerie will be hosting her Zumba class again this spring on Saturday mornings at 10:00 a.m. at the West Reading Pavilion. Her Zumba classes are always high energy and a ton of fun!
