The West Reading kids’ fishing rodeo is back for 2026! Registration is $10, and the event is open to children in the borough ages 4-13.

Registration forms are available at borough hall or on the borough website. NO registrations will be accepted on the day of the rodeo.

A free T-shirt will be provided to all registered participants, along with prizes for netting a golden trout and a trophy for the biggest trout caught. Fishing will begin at 9:00 AM, with awards at 12:15 PM.  Please bring ice and plastic bags if you plan on keeping your harvest. We will have fish cleaning available on site.
