Job Summary
An employee in this position is required to be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general office skills, including but not limited to typing, filing, word processing, spreadsheets, handling telephone calls, using the voicemail system, and managing direct inquiries from the general public. Employee must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally and courteously at all times. They must work effectively as a team member, be detail-oriented, and require little to no supervision to carry out their duties for the smooth running of the office.
Education / Experience
A minimum of a High School diploma or GED, along with three years of relevant experience in a secretarial or administrative role with direct public interaction in a customer service capacity.
Any appointment to the position of Administrative Clerk shall be conditioned upon the candidate successfully completing a criminal background examination and drug/alcohol screening.
