Public Hearing – LERTA Ordinance

Borough Council will convene a public hearing on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 6:30 PM for the purposes of reviewing and receiving comments on the proposed adoption of tax exemptions for deteriorated properties within the Borough pursuant to the Pennsylvania Local Economic Revitalization Tax Assistance Act (LERTA), and determining the location of boundaries of deteriorated areas pursuant to the Urban Redevelopment Law, and blighted and impoverished areas pursuant to the Neighborhood Assistance Act.
Borough Council will consider the adoption and vote upon the enactment of ordinance amendments during a regular council meeting on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 7:00 PM.
