The West Reading Community Revitalization Foundation (CRF) is in the process of implementing a Business Improvement District (BID). WRBIB Documents (final versions will be mailed to all affected property owners of record and to all business owners: Property owners will have 45 days from the mailing of the final BID documentation.
NOTE: Each property is assessed 1 fee, and therefore has 1 vote. A property owner is defined as the “owner of record” on the Tax Parcel Mapping system maintained by the county. Each owner of record will have 1 vote per tax parcel. If you own more than one property, then you are assessed a fee for each property. If there are multiple businesses on that property, you are assessed 1 fee as the property owner of record, not a fee for each business.
