Kids Fishing Rodeo

The West Reading kids’ fishing rodeo is back for 2026! Registration is $10, and the event is open to borough children from ages 4-13. Registration forms are available at Borough Hall or on the borough website. A free T-shirt will be provided to all registered participants, along with prizes for netting a golden trout and a trophy for the biggest trout caught. Fishing will begin at 9:00 AM, with awards at 12:15 PM. NO registrations will be accepted on the day of the rodeo. Please bring ice and plastic bags if you plan on keeping your harvest. We will have fish cleaning available on site.
