Borough Council Special Meeting

The Borough Council will hold a public hearing to obtain public input on the Preliminary Plan for the Establishment of West Reading Business Improvement District (WRBID) for a period of five years from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2031, together with public input on the proposed ordinance, which if adopted will authorize the establishment of the WRBID on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at West Reading Fire Department.
