Yoga Fitness Classes

West Reading Pool introduces three yoga classes being offered pool side beginning at 6:00 p.m. on July 17th, July 31st, August 7th, August 14th, August 21st and August 28th.
Pre-registration is required and you must be age 16 or older. Please visit www.aopaddle.com to register.
The following is a list of classes:
- Paddle Pump Class 6:00 - 6:45 p.m. - Perfect for those seeking a high intesity workout! Classes will be focused on increasing core strength and flexibility while balancing on a stand up paddle board (SUP) and using the paddle as a counter weight. Class is limited to 10 participants, boards and paddles will be provided. Cost: $25 per person.
- Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP) Yoga 7:00 - 8:00 p.m. - All levels of practice are welcome. Class is accessible to beginners, modifications will be given for those who wish for a more challenging practice. Class is limited to 10 participants, boards and paddles will be provided. Cost: $25 per person.
- Yoga by the Pool 7:00 - 8:00 p.m. - Yoga is for everyone! All levels of practice are welcome. Class is accessible to beginners, modifications will be given for those who wish for a more challenging practice. Please bring your own yoga mat or towel. Unlimited class space is available and no pre-registration is required for this class. Cost: $10 per person (cash payment accepted at the door).
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the class. Classes start promptly at scheduled time.
Must book paddle board classes online. No walk-in appointments permitted.
Cancellation Policy: PayPal and major credit cards are accepted for payment through www.aopaddle.com. Inclement Weather Policy: If it rains during the time you have booked for your class or rental we will refund your money or transfer the reservation to another date. Cancellation within 24 hours - Full refund or transfer the reservation to another date. Cancellation less than 24 hours - 50% full refund or transfer the reservation to another date.
