18th Annual Cuts for Hope Fall Festival / Cut-a-Thon

On Sunday, October 6th from Noon to 4pm United Artists Salon & Spa will host the 18th annual Cuts for Hope Fall Festival / Cut-a-Thon offering their services at a fraction of the regular cost to help raise funds to enrich the lives of children and young adults with disabilities through social, educational and vocational programs. 100% of proceeds raised will go to Variety the Children's Charity. This year's funds will directly benefit a local child to obtain an adapted trike for mobility and support local programming within our community.
How it Works: Stylists donate their time and talent to offer first-rate haircuts, skincare, massages, waxing and manicures for a fraction of the usual cost. Various family activities including: 100's of raffles of donated goods and gift cards (including salon services), silent auctions of hotel stays with entertainment tickets and more, great festival food, local area vendors for great gift ideas and games of chance will round out the event.
Since 1935 Variety has provided experiences to help nurture the individual child in an environment where each child can be him or herself, fully and without judgement, in a fun, inclusive environment. Through day and overnight camps, weekend retreats, educational programs during the summer and school year and vocational work programs where the children and young adults learn social and life skills.
