DESCRIPTION:Make a splash this summer at this FUN\, full-body\, low impact aquatic fitness class! Sherri incorporates the use of various types of equipment including her aqua TRAMPOLINES\, strength bands\, happy flowers\, Aqua Ohm’s and more! We love “pool toys”! Classes will be held weekly on Saturday’s at 11:00 a.m. beginning June 23rd. \nThis class combines cardio exercises as well as strength/resistance conditioning. No swimming experience is needed. Go at your own pace! Wear a bathing suit and water shoes are strongly recommended to protect your feet and give you traction on the pool floor. Bring a water bottle – you will get thirsty! No membership required. The class costs $15 cash. Due to equipment restrictions\, we can only admit 30 people per class. Plan to arrive early for street parking and to sign in.
