Due to the coronavirus pandemic, Keep PA Beautiful suspended its spring Pick It Up campaign until the fall. Pick Up Pennsylvania, in support of the International Coastal Cleanup and Great American Cleanup is tentatively planned for September 1 through November 30. Stay tuned for a new date to be announced to revitalize West Reading!
Come out and help us celebrate the 50th anniversary of Earth Day!
Gather your neighbors to revitalize West Reading on Sunday, June 28th from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Pick Up Pennsylvania is a program of Keep Pennsylvania Beautiful, supporting the national Great American Cleanup initiative. Join over 4 million volunteers across the nation in the largest annual community improvement program.
Volunteers will work to pick up litter throughout the park and our community. There will be crafts and activities available for children to participate in addition to raffle prizes and educational material which will be hosted at the Pavilion. Refreshments will also be provided for volunteers.
Please register upon arrival at the Pavilion. Volunteers will be provided with supplies, such as trash bags, gloves and safety vests. Refreshments will also be provided for volunteers.

This is an opportunity for students to obtain Community Service hours.
An electronic recycling collection site will be available at the Pavilion.
Please wear comfortable clothing and outdoor shoes.
